Brilliant!

(Daily Mail) — There is not much to smile about at a world economic summit struggling to solve the worsening Eurozone crisis.

But President Barack Obama did his best today as he came out with a one-liner poking fun at Nicolas Sarkozy’s looks.

Soon after arriving at the G20 summit in Cannes, on the French Riviera, Mr Obama congratulated the French President on fathering a daughter, Giulia, with his former supermodel wife, Carla Bruni.

But Mr Obama added: ‘I’m confident that Giulia inherited her mother’s looks, rather than her father’s.’

An ashen-faced Mr Sarkozy nodded his head and smiled meekly, but otherwise looked far from comfortable next to his deadpan American counterpart.
