(Politico) — During his bus tour across the key swing state next week, the North Carolina Republican Party plans to attack President Obama for wasting millions of taxpayer dollars campaigning around the country for an American Jobs Act that has now failed in the Senate.

The party will say Obama should be back in Washington working with Republicans to come up with a real jobs plan.

To get attention, they are renting a tow truck to follow the president around.
