(RCP)– Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-FL) wants “smart cuts” and not spending cuts for the “sake of cutting.”

“That will hurt people who have cancer and kids who are trying to get Pell grants to go to college. We really have to remember, we’re not just spending on, you know, big government bloated programs, the spending we appropriate helps real people,” Rep. Schultz told FOX News.
