It’s almost like they don’t want Biden around.

(Politico) — As President Obama hunkers down behind closed doors with his advisers on Thursday, Vice President Biden will emerge in the evening to raise money for the 2012 reelection effort.

The White House says Biden plans to speak at a Democratic National Committee event at 5 p.m.

Biden raised money on Tuesday, too — in deep-red Oklahoma. It was his first fundraiser since July 25.
