All is well.

The Congressional Black Caucus’s August job fairs across the country have been getting attention in the mainstream media, perhaps because of what sounds like growing frustration with President Obama’s inability to lower the 16 percent unemployment rate among blacks.

Cable news channels have repeatedly showed a clip of California Rep. Maxine Waters declaring that members of the CBC are “getting tired” of supporting Obama through the recession.

However, on Thursday, at one such jobs fair in Atlanta., Rep. John Lewis denied that black Americans are frustrated with Obama.

“I don’t think that people that I’ve been talking with today . . . several thousand individuals . . . they’re not frustrated with President Obama,” Lewis said on MSNBC. “They’re frustrated with unemployment.”
