Rep. James Clyburn (D-SC): “Yes, that’s what I’m saying. I think a lot has to do with what’s going on in Europe. As much as what’s going on in the United States of America. And I think that S&P has begun to play quite a bit in Europe. And because it makes them look better in the European markets when they are sort of chiding us here in the United States. It’s a good deal for them. But, you know, we’ll get through this. I don’t think this is as serious as it could be, if the other two rating agencies had downgraded.”
