(Politico) — Nancy Pelosi and actor Matt Damon joined about 80,000 U2 fans at Baltimore’s M & T Bank Stadium Wednesday night.

Pelosi, a Baltimore native, sported a blue ensemble and sat in the lower tier of the stadium.

The band’s 24-song performance, part of their 360° tour, featured video cameos from Desmond Tutu and Mark Kelly. In a taped message from space, the astronaut introduced the U2 song, “Beautiful Day” and the band dedicated the tune to his wife, Arizona congresswoman Gabrielle Giffords.
