Why do I get the impression if Bawney had his way, Mitt would be wearing hot pants?

(RCP) — “But I would like to see if we could get him a tie to put around his neck. Cause he’s going on without any tie — he kind of looks a little bit underdressed,” Rep. Barney Frank (D-MA) said about the way Romney casually dresses on the campaign dress.

“I have a little sympathy for him. Apparently, he has spent so much of his money that he can’t afford ties. Poor Mitt has not be seen in a tie in several months,” Frank sarcastically said earlier.
