The Obama regime isn’t going to take this lying down.

(Indianapolis) — Planned Parenthood of Indiana lost a vital tax credit Monday.

It’s the latest development in PPIN’s court battle over whether lawmakers are allowed to take away its funding.

PPIN said that Indiana’s Housing and Community Development Authority rejected its application for a tax credit. They said the tax credit is vital to get donations.

The neighborhood assistance program cited the new state law in their letter rejecting the application for the grant.
