Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden spoke with Jacob Blake and his family Thursday and expressed optimism for racial reconciliation during a visit to Kenosha, Wisc.
Speaking at Grace Lutheran Church in Kenosha, Biden recounted how he had met with Blake’s family earlier in the day and was struck by the family’s sense of resilience following the police shooting that left Blake paralyzed below the waist.
