Concealed carry is a thing in Washington State, but given his proximity to a violent riot and him assaulting a federal officer, you have to wonder why he was carrying that.

Taylor Charles Lemons was charged by authorities w/felony assault of a federal officer in relation to an antifa riot on 22 July outside Portland federal courthouse.
