“Big structural change?” Does that mean Bernie?
Via Daily Wire:
With former Vice President Joe Biden emerging as the frontrunner in the Democratic primary and Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) all but demolished, Warren’s campaign manager has informed staff that the senator will be assessing the campaign’s future based on the best way to advance “big, structural change.”
According to a leaked internal email obtained by Politico, Campaign Manager Roger Lau acknowledged to staff that Warren performed poorly on Super Tuesday.
“Last night, we fell short of viability goals and projections, and we are disappointed in the results. We’re still waiting for more results to come in to get a better sense of the final delegate math,” Lau told Warren’s campaign team.
“We are obviously disappointed and we are going to announce shortly that Elizabeth is talking to the team to assess the path forward,” said Lau. “This decision is in her hands, and it’s important that she has the time and space to consider what comes next.”
