We’ll update this as more comes in and we have actual results.
But it this is any indication, it’s not looking good for Biden, he can’t even meet the viability threshold in places.

With Klobuchar, Biden and Yang all falling short of viability here at Drake, they’re discussing caucusing for Booker in a delegate-blocking move to deny Warren, Buttigieg and Sanders more delegates.

As we noted earlier, the Des Moines Register poll results were not good for him.

Sounds like instead of Biden, the “moderates” are going to Amy Klobuchar, who is doing better than expected. But the caucuses are all over the map, with two pretty general constants, Bernie doing well and Biden imploding.
Update:
Democrats being Democrats, as usual. They’re not even able to get the results out correctly.
There’s some kind of “problem” now that they’re checking for “quality control.” Guess that means Bernie is doing too well.
MSNBC's Steve Kornacki reports:
"We've heard from the Iowa state Democratic Party… They say that they are doing, quote, 'quality control on the results that they've received.' They say they are doing it, quote, 'out of an abundance of caution." #RiggedElection? pic.twitter.com/hvkPC0qv9S

There is technical issue with Iowa results reporting. Hearing from multiple campaigns that the Iowa Democratic Party is sending a tech staffer to the shared boiler room in Des Moines, where the campaigns have staff headquartered, to brief them momentarily on what’s going on.

The incompetence with which the Democratic Party is handling the Iowa Caucus is a pretty good indicator of the incompetence with which the Democratic Party would handle the Presidency

How could anyone vote for these bozos? By the way, Trump won on the Republican side. Can there be a sharper contrast?

I’d drink too with those choices…

Here’s how weird this system is. Bernie has the most for example in one district by a lot. So Biden who has enough to be viable, points extras over to other people to help them be viable to deny Bernie more delegates. So now even though Bernie started out with many more, he and other viable all only get one delegate.
Wow — another twist. Sanders won this precinct by 20 points but now 5 candidates will get 1 delegate each — Biden team amassed extra delegates, and then siphoned them to Klo & Warren. Bernie supporters are pissed “This is a joke.. waste of time.” Stormed out.

Hahahahaha, how illustrative is this of Democrats?
On those technical difficulties…
"We are on paper in many cases," not the app, as was planned, said one Iowa Democrat. "The whole system largely broke."

MORE: Polk County precinct chairs are being advised to take pictures of the results and text them over to the Polk County executive director, who is driving them to the HQ, according to a Democratic operative familiar with the situation

Iowa's Democratic Party organization is troubleshooting "multiple" reports of technical trouble with a mobile app designed to transmit vote totals from precincts to state headquarters, a party spokesperson tells @CNN.
But adds they have a hotline that will function as a back up.— Katie Hinman (@khinman) February 3, 2020
There are now reports that the app that caucus leaders are using to report Iowa results isn't working. Nobody knows who owns the app and there were major security concerns: https://t.co/l6bfvyOSpT

Really, Trump has to make this debacle another ad.
