Ghislaine Maxwell’s private emails have been hacked — and she may have been targeted in a search for damning information on her powerful network of pals, according to new court papers.
The British socialite’s email address appeared in court papers filed in her fight against the release of some 8,600 documents that could reveal more details of her involvement in the Jeffrey Epstein sex scandal, her lawyers revealed in a Dec. 5 letter to Manhattan federal court Judge Loretta Preska.
The lawyers for Maxwell, long accused of procuring young women for the dead pedophile, said hackers “breached” her computer — because her email address was never scrubbed off a document that was among 2,000 unsealed in August.
