BIDEN blames his staff for not flagging conflict concerns about his son's BURISMA post.
"Nobody warned me about a potential conflict of interest," @JoeBiden told @RachelNPR. "They should have told me."

"Amos Hochstein, the Obama Administration’s special envoy for energy policy, raised the matter with Biden, but did not go so far as to recommend that Hunter leave the board," @adamentous reported in the @NewYorker in July. https://t.co/xbRpDM6s6Y

Biden really can’t argue ignorance over conflicts. He was called on it back in 2008, by Tom Brokaw, when Hunter was with MBNA. At that time, he said the same thing, “No one has told me.” Well, yes, they did.
Tom Brokaw asks Joe Biden about his son, Hunter, in 2008:
“Wasn’t it inappropriate for someone like you in the middle of all this to have your son collecting money from this big credit card company while you were on the floor protecting its interests?” pic.twitter.com/avkbN6hX2N

But if Biden’s argument is that he’s too ignorant to know, that’s sign of an even bigger problem.
