Note here, when he references “brandishing at Kent State in an effort to intimidate” Kent State that those people would have their guns taken from them, he’s referencing people who open carried lawfully at one of his rallies to remind him of their Constitutional right. He calls that “intimidating” and therefore justifies taking their guns.
Just another example of why it’s a right.
