He was also interviewed by German media while there on September 12.
And there are other pictures of him there a week later.
Also here’s Bernard Kerik, the man who was NYC Police Commissioner at the time. He calls out CNN for lying about it.

This is all about trying to mute something good Trump does, the signing of the bill, to twist it into something not good.
