When Trump was saying the problem with distribution of aid was local corruption, Democrats and media of course denied that and blamed him. But, as they now admit, the corruption has been rampant for decades and finally has driven Democrat Ricardo Rosello from office. The problem of course is that one person leaving doesn’t resolve that entrenched problem.
The Secretary of Justice Wanda Vazquez is next in line, since the Lt. Gov. seat is empty. But many are not happy with her either.
