Biden smirks (and we learned from the Covington matter how evil that is) when he gets what they’re asking him and says no, he wouldn’t apologize but then gives a confused answer that seems all over the block, but does suggest he would only deport people if they committed a felony.

Leftists aren’t going to be satisfied with that answer.
