Esther Choo is an emergency medicine physician and associate professor at the Oregon Health & Science University.
She also has a blue check on Twitter, has written for a few publications and is a speaker on racism and sexism in healthcare. She’s also the president of the Academy of Women in Academic Emergency Medicine.
She’s also a rabid leftist who seems to have a problem with white people:
White people can be exhausting. Just an observation.

Observation #2: white people are going to prove my point on this very thread. pic.twitter.com/m53vYkMfAj

And she bragged how Twitter didn’t see an issue with her tweet even if virtually everyone else did:
Observation #3: when people try to convince Twitter that white people are experiencing reverse racism, Twitter understands that is not a thing. pic.twitter.com/kFeEBnTBic

Is she going to suffer any problem for this from her employers? Nope.
(2/2) We have made Dr. Choo aware of the concerns expressed to us and discussed the impact that public comments such as these can have.

Notice there is no condemnation of her comments, not even the traditional “We do not share her views” comment.
And several leftist doctors came to her defense basically arguing that the reaction to her comment proved her point about white people being “exhausting.”
@choo_ek Works tirelessly to dismantle racism in medicine so that all patients can receive excellent care. We are Exhausted reading these responses. Ironic, isn’t it? ??♀️
