Black male approached intersection started shooting in to a crowd, striking number of people. Believe maybe second shooter firing back – 7 injured and taken to the hospital. Police call it a cowardly shooting. Acting Mayor Jack Young asking anyone with info to come forward @wjz pic.twitter.com/Ib9Qy8GTov

This had more people shot than at the Poway synagogue which got attention because it was an anti-Semitic attack. This, unfortunately, is just another Sunday in Baltimore and wouldn’t get anywhere near the attention.
Via WSBTV2:
Police in Baltimore are searching for a gunman who opened fire on a crowd gathered on a city street for cookouts Sunday afternoon on the city’s west side, leaving one dead and seven others wounded, according to news reports.
The cookout was near a Baptist church but was not connected to the church, according to WJZ-TV.
Baltimore Police confirmed at least seven people were shot and one was killed in the 2500 block of Edmondson Avenue Sunday evening.
It happened around 5 p.m. Sunday, according to Baltimore police spokeswoman Chakia Fennoy, who confirmed to The Associated Press that one person was killed and seven others injured by gunfire.
A man approached the cookout on foot and opened fire, WJZ reported. Police believe it was a “targeted shooting” and that another person may have returned fire.
