Kendall Jenner‘s alleged stalker will likely go back to Canada soon.
John Ford, who has been busted twice for allegedly breaking into Jenner’s home, was arrested by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement at a hotel in New Mexico this week, TMZ reports. He is reportedly a Canadian citizen and his short-term non-immigrant visa expired six months ago.
“This timely arrest could very well have prevented a violent crime,” an ICE spokesperson told TMZ. “Our special agents acted quickly on this tip to ensure that this obsessive behavior didn’t escalate to become a tragedy.”
Ford, 38, is currently in ICE custody in El Paso, Texas, and is awaiting a deportation hearing, according to TMZ.
