Update to this story. They got the slime.
Via NY Daily News:
Police have captured the man caught on video kicking a 78-year-old homeless woman in the face on a Bronx subway train, officials said Saturday.
Marc Gomez, 36, of Yonkers, who told people recording him as he kicked his helpless victim in the face to upload the clip onto video blog World Star Hip Hop, said nothing as he was quickly marched out of the NYPD’s Bronx transit/robbery squad offices in Foxhurst on Saturday.
The cowering creep was sporting what appeared to be a chef’s apron and his bowed head was covered by a ball cap as he was put in the back of a police cruiser.
Gomez is facing second-degree assault charges for the brutal attack, which went viral on social media.
Cops arrested him in lower Manhattan about 10:30 a.m. on Saturday.
