Avenatti lost both her Trump cases for her and left her on the hook for about a few hundred thousand to pay Trump. Expect the legal action coming to involve Avenatti.

Michael Avenatti said Tuesday that his law firm was no longer representing the adult film actress Stormy Daniels, ending a partnership that dominated cable news and led to charges of campaign-finance violations against Donald Trump’s former personal lawyer.
Avenatti said his office terminated its legal representation of Daniels on Feb. 19 for “various reasons that we cannot disclose publicly due to the attorney-client privilege.”
“This was not a decision we made lightly and it came only after lengthy discussion, thought and deliberation, as well as consultation with other professionals,” Avenatti said in a statement. “We wish Stormy all the best.”
