Police would like to know what in the holy hell this woman was thinking, accusing her of causing $15,000 in damage at a Watsonville church.
Police say they arrested Jackeline Chavira on Wednesday and charged her with vandalizing a place of worship, defacing property, burglary and disobeying a court order. Her bail was set at $25,000.
