Police in Swansea are seeking the public’s assistance locating a man wanted for stealing a purse over the weekend.
On Saturday, video surveillance captured a man in an orange shirt taking a purse from another vehicle at the towns BP gas station.
Officers say the man has a unique ritual before he commits a crime. Video surveillance shows the man perform Mr. Miyagi’s Crane Technique (made famous by Daniel LaRussio in the All Valley Under 18 Karate Championship) before he went inside of the car to take the purse.
