After the hearing that was held this morning, the judge gave Buchar until noon today to comply.

Florida Governor Rick Scott is excoriating Palm Beach County for what he says is their refusal to comply with a judge’s order about their ballot counting process after the midterm elections.
“Floridians deserve full transparency”
A spokesperson for the Scott for Florida campaign released a statement about the development in Palm Beach County.
“Tonight, Palm Beach County Supervisor of Elections Susan Buchar announced that she is refusing to comply with a court order to submit overvotes and undervotes to the Palm Beach County Canvassing Board for review under the court-ordered deadline,” the statement read.
