Even dumber is her claim that a border wall is “probably the worst way to protect the border.”

House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) on Tuesday said President Trump’s desire for a wall along the U.S-Mexico border is a “manhood issue,” adding that she will oppose the wall and isn’t interested in negotiating.

“It happens to be like a manhood issue for the president, building a wall, and I’m not interested in that,” Pelosi said during a discussion at the Harvard Kennedy School’s Institute of Politics.

Pelosi said Democrats support border security, and that they can’t allow Trump to say otherwise. The president has often said that Democrats want “open borders.”

“We can’t allow him to say we’re not interested in protecting the border,” Pelosi said, adding that the wall is “probably the worst way to protect the border.”
