Arizona Republican Sen. Jeff Flake revealed Friday that he will vote to confirm Judge Brett Kavanaugh during a final up-or-down vote, barring any significant changes.
He voted to advance the vote to the floor Friday.
The Senate voted 51–49 to advance Kavanaugh’s nomination with one key Republican Senator Lisa Murkowski voting against the judge.
