If they invoke cloture (to close debate on the matter) then they have 30 hours to hold the confirmation vote. But they need to have enough yes votes to close the debate.

Manchin, Collins, Flake all vote yes on cloture. And, as I suspected the fly in the ointment was Murkowski, who voted “no.”
