Another loophole that needs closed, birth on American soil by a foreigner should not mean automatic citizenship.

The harrowing 911 calls from a Chinese birth center where five people including three infant baby girls under a month old were stabbed on Friday have emerged along with more details about the facility.
At 3.40am, someone from inside the Mei Xin Care home in Flushing called 911 to say that worker Yu Fen Wang, 52, had gone on a stabbing rampage.
She slashed three baby girls, the youngest of which is just three days old, and attacked another two adults before trying to take her own life in the basement by cutting one of her wrists.
All five victims and Wang survived and were taken to the hospital.
There were five other babies in the home at the time and a handful of mothers who had recently given birth to them.
The center is one of many other similar clandestine facilities across the country where foreign pregnant women come to give birth to their babies on US soil so that they may later gain citizenship.
One of the injured babies’ mothers told the New York Post she paid $4,600 to stay there for a month.
