A Chicago man pleaded guilty to kidnapping a mentally disabled teen and beating him with three friends on Facebook Live in 2017.
Jordan Hill, 20, pleaded guilty to kidnapping and hate crime charges in court Thursday, CNN reported. Footage of the attack showed Hill and his accomplices, Tesafaye Cooper and Brittany and Tanishia Covington, beating and kicking a tied-up disabled white teen while yelling “Fuck Donald Trump, nigga! Fuck white people, boy! Fuck white people, boy.” Reports suggest the boy was tied up for anywhere from four to five hours.
Hill was also charged with robbery, residential burglary and possession of a stolen motor vehicle. Brittany Covington and Cooper were also charged with residential burglary in early 2017, according to CBS Chicago.[…]
Hill was the third of the four to be sentenced. Brittany Covington was sentenced to four years of probation in 2017, while her older sister Tanishia was sentenced to three years in prison in April. The case against Cooper is still pending.
