Oh, that’ll work. Not. The only option they have at all is to have Susan Collins, Barbara Mikulski or Rand Paul object to the pick. So all Trump has to do is preview the pick with potential trouble sources like those lawmakers.

Liberal filmmaker Michael Moore discussed his “Hail Mary” plan to stop President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee on Friday night’s “Real Time with Bill Maher.”
“I don’t think we should give up,” Moore said. “Listen, the Senate right now is 50-49. Sadly, McCain will not be able to vote, so it’s a 50-49 vote. C’mon! We’ve got to push it off till after November.”
“We’ve got to hold the Democratic seats we have, but look, 90 percent of incumbents are always returned,” he added. “The Democrats in Montana and North Dakota, West Virginia, they’ve got to do their job, they’ll do their job. Our job is to win Nevada, Arizona, and Tennessee and they can all be won!”
Maher wondered how Moore expected to keep the confirmation from happening before the 2018 midterm elections, but Moore said they would have to “find ways” to accomplish that.
