Disgraced Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein is set to turn himself into authorities in New York on Friday to face charges for sexual crimes after an investigation was completed by law enforcement officials.
Page Six reports:
Weinstein is facing allegations that he forced actress Lucia Evans to perform oral sex on him in his Tribeca office in 2004, and that he raped actress Paz de la Huerta twice in 2010.
The New York Daily News notes that due to “the nature of the allegations, the statute of limitations does not apply.”
