Eric Swalwell is in tough competition with Ted Lieu, Maxine Waters and Nancy Pelosi for dumbest Democrat in Congress. Trump’s not inviting the Russians in July 2016 to hack something that’s she’s already dumped after the FBI had already investigated for months and just closed the case. But some people actually believe this.

Fox News’ Tucker Carlson got into it with Democratic California Rep. Eric Swalwell Monday night over Russian collusion.
Tucker played a clip from July 2016 where Trump joked about Russia finding Hillary Clinton’s emails that she deleted.
“Do we have the 30,000 emails, did Russia ever come up with those? Oh, no they, they didn’t actually,” The Daily Caller co-founder said.
“Do you know that for a fact?” Swalwell said.
“Well, we haven’t seen them,” Carlson said.
“Well, let’s let the Mueller investigation continue,” Swalwell said.
“Okay, maybe Mueller’s in contact with the Russians, but Trump didn’t come up with those from the Russians, so that didn’t happen,” Carlson said.
