The NRA filed a federal lawsuit against Gov. Cuomo and the state on Friday, claiming they’re on an unfair blacklisting campaign against the gun-lobby group.

The Oliver North-led gun group is targeting New York in the wake of the state’s $7 million fine against NRA insurance broker Lockton Cos.

The insurance company helped the NRA market its “Carry Guard” program to offer insurance to gun owners, covering them for costs of a criminal defense.

The state claimed the NRA, through Lockton, doesn’t have a license to conduct insurance business in New York.

The state is enforcing “selective prosecution, backroom exhortations, and public threats” aimed at preventing NRA members from exercising their First Amendment rights, the lawsuit said.
