Voter confidence that the United States is winning the War on Terror is at its highest level since Osama bin Laden was killed nearly seven years ago. But Democrats aren’t as convinced.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 54% of Likely U.S. Voters believe the United States and its allies are winning the War on Terrorism. Just 12% think the terrorists are winning, while 26% say neither side is on top.
