CNN political reporter Gloria Borger called the Democratic National Committee lawsuit Friday against the Donald Trump campaign, the Russian government, and WikiLeaks a “100 percent stunt.”
“They want to get in the act, obviously they want to keep the story moving,” Borger said. “This is nothing new, everyone has been, every Democrat has been charging that the Trump campaign was in collusion with Wikileaks, et cetera.”
In the lawsuit, the DNC alleged the Trump campaign, the Russian government, and WikiLeaks conspired to interfere in the 2016 presidential election to elevate Trump.
