McMaster behind the clear NSC leak?
Via The Hill:
President Trump announced Thursday he will be replacing national security adviser H.R. McMaster with former United Nations Ambassador John Bolton.
“I am pleased to announce that, effective 4/9/18, @AmbJohnBolton will be my new National Security Advisor. I am very thankful for the service of General H.R. McMaster who has done an outstanding job & will always remain my friend. There will be an official contact handover on 4/9,” Trump tweeted.
Bolton, who was seen visiting the White House on Thursday, will be Trump’s third national security adviser. His first, Michael Flynn, was one of the first officials to resign from an administration that has seen high rates of turnover.
