She’s fake news!
The New York Times sued a Queens woman Thursday, saying she posed as one of its reporters for at least two years.
Contessa Bourbon represented herself as a reporter for the Gray Lady in May 2015, asking questions during a Brookings Institution event and interviewing the Turkish ambassador, the suit filed in Manhattan Supreme Court charges.
In May of this year, she attended another Brookings event and asked a question of Education Secretary Betsy DeVos, again under the guise of The Times, according to court papers.
