An illegal alien who has a felony armed robbery charge on his record has been arrested and charged with sexually abusing a 12-year-old girl at a daycare in Virginia.
Oscar Perez Rangel, a 40-year-old Mexican national, was arrested at his home in Herndon on Friday, according to local news reports.
He has been charged with three counts of felony animate object sexual penetration and two counts of felony aggravated sexual battery for allegedly abusing the girl in several incidents between October and December 2016.
The assaults allegedly took place at a daycare operating out of the home of Rangel’s girlfriend.
