Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) said on Wednesday that he’ll move to subpoena any documents tied to President Trump’s claim that he was wiretapped during the campaign if he doesn’t hear back from FBI Director James Comey later in the day.

“He hasn’t answered that letter. If he doesn’t answer it today, I’m going to go to the chairman of the [Judiciary] Committee, Sen. [Chuck] Grassley [R-Iowa], and seek his support to subpoena,” Graham said during a Fox News radio interview.

Graham and Sen. Sheldon Whitehouse (D-R.I.) sent a letter to Comey and Dana Boente, the acting deputy attorney general, last week asking for any warrant application or court documents tied to potential legal wiretapping of the Trump campaign, Trump or Trump Tower.
