Longtime hip-hop fan and Florida Sen. Marco Rubio criticized a new video from rap legend Snoop Dogg.

A new music video for the song “Lavender” shows the Dogfather pulling a gun on a someone playing President Donald Trump dressed as a clown.

But the Florida Republican wasn’t having any of it.

“I think people can disagree on policy but we gotta be very careful about that kind of thing,” Rubio told TMZ outside Reagan National Airport. “because the wrong person sees that and gets the wrong idea and you can have a real problem so I’m not sure what Snoop was thinking.”

Rubio hinted that Snoop should think about it, take a second, matter fact, he should take four.

Rubio has spoken about his fondness for hip-hop, having cited Snoop’s late friend and associate Tupac Shakur, preferring him to his late rival the Notorious B.I.G. That opinion might lead to a disagreement with Rep. Hakeem Jeffries, D-N.Y., who quoted B.I.G. on the House floor last week on the anniversary of his death.
