Four Chicago thugs have been denied bail in this week’s live-streamed, black-on-white torture of a mentally-disabled man.
Friday afternoon’s bail hearing was the first court appearance for the quartet on multiple counts of committing hate crimes along with kidnapping and battery charges.
A few new details emerged from the appearance, including that one of the four thugs demanded $300 from the victim’s mother while he was being held, according to prosecutors.
