Fox just reported he was a passenger on a Canadian airlines flight, that he had the gun in checked baggage.
Person injured, although some blood he appeared to be alive and in reasonable shape. Warning shows some blood.

Update:
The shooter reportedly was with the Alaska Air National Guard had checked a gun through to Florida on a flight.
When the plane arrived, he picked it up in baggage claim, assembled it in the men’s room and then opened fire on people in the airport baggage area.

The brother of the shooter, Bryan Santiago, is saying that his brother Esteban had been receiving psychological care.
