Part of the argument the Left is making that the Russians must have favored Trump is that they are arguing both the RNC and the DNC were hacked, but only the DNC was leaked.

But the RNC’s Sean Spicer says this isn’t true, that the RNC was never hacked, that the NY Times was told this but continues to repeat it as fact.
