Why can’t we see them and determine for ourselves?

It has been weeks since the presidential election and the FBI is still holding onto Huma Abedin’s emails found on Anthony Weiner’s computer.
A justice department lawyer speaking to a federal judge said Abedin’s 650,000 emails have not been handed over to the State Department and that there’s no time frame for doing so.
Commenting on the news, the judge expressed shock at how empty his courtroom was compared to when the email scandal was a hot topic.
