Via Washington Examiner:
A new CNN/ORC poll released Tuesday said a majority of people asked think Trump will do OK as president once he takes office next year.
The poll said 53 percent think Trump will do either a fairly good or very good job as president.
It also found that just 40 percent have “a lot of confidence” in his ability to deal with the economy. However, that figure is higher than the numbers that Presidents Obama, George W. Bush, Bill Clinton or Ronald Reagan enjoyed just before they took office.
The poll found that most people believed Trump would repeal Obamacare, renegotiate NAFTA, and create jobs.
And 63 percent of those polled said they expect the economy to be in “good shape” in the next year.
