Demonstrators on Monday temporarily took over Democratic Sen. Chuck Schumer’s (N.Y.) office on Capitol Hill to protest his ties to Wall Street.
More than two dozen protesters occupied and were subsequently removed from the office of Schumer, who is expected to become the top Democratic senator as Senate minority leader this coming session of Congress, the Associated Press reported.
The U.S. Capitol Police had to remove the couple of dozen protestors.
