Ed Henry makes two points here:
1. Huma Abedin did sign her OF109 separation statement. That is, that she swore under oath that she turned over any government documents and no longer had any in her possession. If she did not, she has a problem.
2. If this current investigation turns up things different than what she told the FBI. As we reported previously, she told the FBI that she turned over all her devices upon which she worked. If there are more emails now on other devices that she didn’t turn in, that would mean that she lied to the FBI, presumably under oath as well.

They also make the salient point that Abedin is not on the plane today, when she always is. One would have to think that at this point, Hillary Clinton is not at all happy with the Weiners.
